A bit of new policy for me, due to the number of people not exactly being clear as to their intention. If you request a quote [no cost]. For me to start cutting a project there is a $1 deposit. This $1 deposit will not be refunded. It will go towards the cost of the project when completed. Too many persons coming back the next day and stopping / holding off on something they requested I start. I believe, I try to be fair priced, and timely. I hope this policy isn’t an issue for you, but please do not waste my time.
